You can contact me directly by phone, email or WhatsApp. There is no need for a referral.

Why do people come to coaching or counselling/psychotherapy?

Coaching and Counselling isn’t just for crises. If something’s bothering you, I’m here to help. You might like to come .... 
- To talk about problems and work out ways to address them.  
- To learn more about yourself and understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.  
- Work through difficult life challenges or traumatic events. 
- Work on self development increasing self awareness, managing emotions, improving communication skills and improving your relationships with others.  
- Explore your identity and discover who you are. 
- Deal with anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues. 
- Develop resilience and learn how to cope with stress in a healthy way.

Question 3

Is Counselling & Psychotherapy always confidential?

Confidentiality is fully guaranteed in all of the work that I do. There are 3 exceptions:
1)     If you are intending on harming yourself
2)     If you are intending on harming another person
3)     I am a mandated person under the Children’s First Act, and I must report to Tusla when I have reasonable grounds to suspect that a child is being, or has been, harmed or is at any such risk of harm to the relevant authorities.
I work face to face in my room in Ratoath and also online via zoom. If you choose to attend online you are responsible to ensure you have a safe, confidential space to participate in the session. I adhere to GDPR guidelines.

Question 4

How long are sessions and how often will I come?

Sessions will last 60 minutes and will be on a weekly basis initially and then we can review frequency thereafter. The number of sessions depends on your needs and goals. Some people may benefit from short-term interventions, others may need more time to address deep-rooted issues or complex problems.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 48 hours notice. I ask that you can honour this as I have a small window of availability and I reserve the time especially for you. If you are unable to provide 48 hours notice of your cancellation, the full session fee will be charged.

How much does a session cost and how can I pay?

Individual Therapy -  €70 
Coaching & Workplace Guidance - €70 
I accept Cash, Card, Revolut & Paypal.

You may be eligible for reimbursement if you have health insurance. You should check with your provider. I will provide receipts, my IACP membership number is M14460.

Question 7

Do you work online or face to face?

I work both online by Zoom or face to face in my practice in Ratoath, Co. Meath, and I also serve surrounding areas including Ashbourne, Dunshaughlin, Dunboyne, Clone and Navan.
